Reiki knows no constraints from time or space, but we will be conducting the session according to Central Standard Time.

What should you expect during a Reiki session?
You may feel some warmth or coolness, tingling, or simply relaxed. Some people may see some colors or visuals. Regardless of whether you notice sensations or not, trust that Reiki is working for your highest good. You may experience emotional release during the Reiki session. Let the emotions rise and leave. Whatever happens during your session, know that it is exactly what should be occurring in that moment.

How should you prepare for your session?

Drink water.

Avoid any mind altering substances.
If you’re receiving a distance session, find a calm, comfortable space. Don't worry if you're disturbed, Reiki will come to you whether you feel it or not. Trust that you will receive exactly what you need in that moment.
Use an affirmation such as “I am open to receiving healing energies for my highest good."
