Definition of Reiki
Reiki is made up of two Japanese words: Rei meaning "soul" and Ki meaning "energy". Therefore, Reiki's definition is "spiritual energy". Science has proven that everything is energy and viewing the world with that perspective, Reiki is all around us. Reiki Practitioners can tap into that energy and, in essence, channel it to whoever or whatever they are focused on. All Reiki healing and charging is positive and can never be used for harm.
